What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so we quote every job on its own. You get one fixed price in writing before anything starts, no hourly surprises. Book a call or send the form and you usually have a number the same day.
What is the booking system, exactly?
When somebody rings and you can't pick up, they get a text back from your number within seconds, pointing them at your site, where your prices are and where they can book the next open slot themselves. The call you missed still turns into a job instead of going to the next guy on the list.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. It works with the number you already give out and already have on your van, your cards and your listings. Nothing about how you answer the phone changes. This only kicks in on the calls you don't get to.
How long until my website is live?
Days, not months. We build one thing at a time and get it up fast. The missed-call system switches on once the site is live.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It's your website and your business's content. If we ever stop working together, it stays yours. We don't hold it hostage.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Ongoing work is month to month. You can stop at the end of any month, and you don't have to explain why.
What if it doesn't work?
You pay half up front and half only once the site is live and you have seen it. If it is not what we agreed, you do not pay the balance. We would rather carry that risk than talk you into something.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You don't need to know anything about websites, hosting, or phone systems. We handle the setup and explain what we're doing in normal words. If you can answer questions about your own business, that's enough.
You're new, why should I trust you?
Fair question, and we won't pretend otherwise. We started in 2026, we have one job running, and no finished case studies. What we can offer instead: no long contract, work that can be paid on performance, and half the price only due once the site is live.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
The two of us. One Aim is two partners, split 50/50, both based in Miami. There's no account manager in between. You talk to the people doing the work.
